This is my 2 time requesting an investigation for my consumer report. The account XXXX XXXX is reported inaccurately. It has left a negative derogatory remark and It states that I am a co borrower in which I never consented to any such loan. The late payments being reported are also inaccurate because they are different with each credit reporting agency. According to the FCRA you are required to report accurate information to insure the validity of my consumer report. Title 15 USC 1681 ( i ) a reinvestigation of the disputed information shall be performed and the account shall be removed due to inaccurate information.
