In XXXX of 2021, us auto sales disabled my car even though I was not in default. I had to call out of work for a few days and I called them. They told me that something was wrong with the pastime device and I had to take to an auto shop to get fixed. I took to everything automotive on XXXX and they had to wait for part to be shipped so repair did not happen until XX/XX/2021, car was off on my birthday XX/XX/2021. I had to miss work and earned occurrences since was not planned PTO! Also, they transferred my car to another servicer and its been complaints of people vehicles being repoed even though not default. I am scared of losing vehicle that I need to get to work and to take care of my disabled son and mom. It is now with Westlake portfolio management. Also, us auto was making me get high insurance for years and I paid so much money and they were still charging me for collateral insurance with them. I called about it and they told me I had to get a deductible that was high and was adding a balance to my account.
