This was my fifth time of notifying the XXXX and Equifax that I was a victim of identity theft, and this is another request to block and remove these inquiries from my credit file resulting from alleged identity theft. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) you are required to block and remove any items not later than XXXX business days after the ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Ive already included this report in my previous letter & I am including it again. Also, I found another unauthorized inquiry in my XXXX Credit Report, and I know that this inquiry was opened without my permission.
