In XX/XX/2022 I filed bankruptcy to save my home. My lawyer said if my mortgage company approved my loan modification then there was no need to go through with the bankruptcy. The mortgage company approved the loss mitigation so my lawyer said not to make the first bankruptcy payment so it would be dismissed and removed from credit. It was dismissed in XX/XX/2022 for {$0.00} but they are STILL reporting it in my credit reports hindering me from receiving jobs and any credit.
