I submitted a dispute XX/XX/XXXX with experian and transunion, XXXX on some items that are showing on my credit report incorrectly. XXXX showing XXXX status shows open : I told them to provide me with a copy of my signed contract with this company as I have no knowledge of them or this amount and I have no open account for this amount. They responded in a few days that it meets Fcra requirements and closed my dispute. I have the right to see what this is and why its being reported this way. My guess is this was sold from an orginal creditor which i thought was against FCRA regulations, on top of it all the information is not accurate and I asked it be removed from my credit report. The other item was XXXX recovery in the amount of {$500.00} also showing opened as of XX/XX/XXXX, again no proof was provided to me, however i did get a 1099c a few years ago around this amount, and if it is the same account they its already been claimed on taxes and can not continue to ask me to repay this to a company I dont even know who they are, or if this is the same debit. This needs to be removed also from my credit report. Lastly is XXXX XXXX. Due to Hurricane Ian back in XX/XX/XXXX national emergency i applied for a forbearance with XXXX XXXX they told me i didnt have to pay the mortgage for 3 months and the balance would be added to back end of my mortgage, once the forbearance was done they reniged and told me i had to pay it back. So they added to my monthly payment going foward which i have paid on time each month, so I have been current based on their agreement, yet its reporting negativly on my credit report. This needs to be update as not being current XXXX
