On XXXX XXXX I sent Experian an letter requesting how Experian investigated a fraudulent account that was reinserted back on my credit report and it had been over 30 days no comply and that Experian did not due an proper investigation before they reinsert an fraudulent account as identified in 15 USC 1681a section 603E and is in violation of that law, I tried several times but Experian wants to due what they wan na due, but not to me. I going to make sure Experian as well as XXXX mainly Experian. Because Experian did not due a proper investigation, if they have I wouldn't be filing another complaint. And this time I have proof and I'm not letting up every information that's not accurate on my Experian Credit Report I'm seeking Damages as proscribed by 15 USC 1681n and 15 USC 1681o. so I don't give a XXXX about Experian I know one thing Experian as well as the other reporting agencies gon na abide by the FCRA LAWS. Or keep getting fined.
