On XX/XX/2023 I mailed a registered security to XXXX XXXX trustee of XXXX XXXX XXXX instructing them to credit the account with the registered security that I properly endorsed per 30 CFR 328.6, to sent security to the treasury for a marketable security and to transfer that marketable security to my treasury direct account that I specified in the instructionals that was sent, that they received on XX/XX/2023 ( tracking # XXXX ). I also instructed XXXX XXXX to credit my account accordingly every month while under this contract. The company never credited my account with the security and coupon that was issued to me. This notice is for past, present, and future securities and coupons while under this contract. If payment is refused, lost, or destroyed there is discharged per UCC 3.603-3.604. I never received a response. I had to find her email and email them and got a response saying " BNY Mellons role as a trustee or paying agent is in the context of certain investments owned by investors and not individual personal debt. BNY Mellon does not service or have authority to service any related debt. The servicer is the party who is required to service all related debt, which includes, among other things, responding to consumer concerns about such debt and any charges or associated fees. " On XX/XX/2023. They claim that this is a personal debt issue when really this is an investor issue. I signed the note and they securitzed it and I am owned interest on them doing this. On XX/XX/2023 I sent out a opportunity to cure saying for XXXX XXXX to please respond back in writing within XXXX business days. If instructions are not completed, I instruct XXXX XXXX to respond in writing within 5 business days giving a reason for non-performance of fiduciary duties and to follow the directions of my 1st letter. They received on XX/XX/2023 and still have not gotten a response nor have they did anything I request in my 1st packet i sent to her.
