XXXX and transunion are reporting a false mariner finance account on my credit report. XXXX is showing something totally different. on XXXX and transunion, this is reporting : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported balance {$2400.00} Actual payment amount {$0.00} Date of last payment XX/XX/2023 Past due amount {$0.00} Account status Pays account as agreed Date reported XX/XX/2023 But on XXXX, the account is reporting as 30 days past due with a totally different balance, on the same exact account. I have submitted ftc id theft reports to XXXX and transunion in the past to have this account removed from my credit report and they still leave the account on there. i have reported transunion and XXXX to the north carolina department of justice as well because of this and now i am prepared to sue them both in court if this is not fixed
