I tried to remove my freeze on my credit report from Equifax. For that I have to go to create an account and answer a bunch of questions, and at some moment I was told that it could not verify me and I will receive a pin in a mail in 3-5 days. The mail come in more than 7 days, with the instruction to go and complete the enrollment, what I did successfully ( received a confirmation email ). But still could not login into my account, because of " We are temporarily unable to complete this request. '' error after I input my credentials. The error is not descriptive to tell me what is wrong. I have XXXX this error and looks like people are complaining about it for years. I'm very frustrated by this company, that is using my personal information without any approval from me, and at the same time is making difficult to access it. I did the same in the same day for two other companies : XXXX and XXXX without any issues. Only Equifax doesn't allow access my account and freeze/unfreeze when I want. Thanks you
