There is an account opened with my name/ social security number but NOT my address and is now appearing on my credit report with a balance of {$640.00}. This is not my account. I spoke with XXXX from collections in early XXXX and stated I had no knowledge of this account nor the balances associated. The address is not mine, the payment account that was associated is not mine, and as far as I can tell, the phone number is not mine. This was supposed to have been resolved at that time, but when I check the latest copy of my credit report, the balance / past due account is still present.
