XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX presented two options : either pay 2 months ' rent ( {$4000.00} ) less the deposit or find a suitable renter to take over the lease. We attempted to find suitable renters but were met with unfair obstacles. XXXX XXXX XXXX raised the application fee from {$75.00} to {$300.00}, making it difficult to find renters. Additionally, when we found an attorney who met the requirements, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX increased the deposit for the already paid lease from {$400.00} to {$2000.00} for three months, making it impossible for us to find anyone on our own.
