Purchased car from XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NH in XX/XX/XXXX. Dealer arranged for finance through TD auto finance. Vehicle was delivered to our home in XXXX. Now, in XX/XX/XXXX, we moved to XXXX from XXXX. To register our car in XXXX, the local MVC/DMV would need a filled title form from TD auto finance. We faxed the right form to TD auto finance several times during XXXX XXXX. To date, TD has NOT sent us the filled out form citing reasons that XXXX XXXX messed up/lost title or any lame reason. Now, we have an unregistered car sitting idle and not drivable due to the sheer ignorance and recklessness of TD auto finance. Our 50+ calls for the last year got us nowhere and we have been immensely stressed about this. There are several similar complaints against TD auto on various websites. Please help.
