XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2023 Re : Removal of Incorrect Items from Credit Report ( More than 30 days have passed ) To Whom It May Concern : On XX/XX/2023, I sent you a request to reinvestigate incorrect items which were listed in my credit history report. XXXX XXXX XXXX I am enclosing a photocopy of that original request. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you complete your reinvestigation of my request within 30 days. It has now been more than 30 days. I will assume that I have not received your reply because you have been unable to verify this information. Please remove this incorrect information at once and send me an updated copy of my credit history report. I also request that you please send notices of corrections to anyone who received my credit report in the past six months. Thank you time and help in this matter.
