First attempted to send debt validation letter to company. Letter was sent on XX/XX/2023 and company responded more than 30 days letter and only responded because I reached out to you all. Attempted to call the company on today XX/XX/2023, and when asked to speak to a supervisor, spoke with XXXX XXXX, who I believe may be the only supervisor, and who began to laugh when I explained the issue to him, and how I sent the letter via mail and began to raise his voice, and use profanity while on the call. When asked for his name again, he said youre close and mocked me and began to laugh again, stating whoever you want to report to its only one XXXX here so theyll know. I also asked if they was a manager over him and he stated no and disconnected the call.
