Credit Acceptance sent inaccurate information to credit bureaus. They reported account was closed and charged off. This inaccurate information also negatively affected my credit, to the point where I was denied an auto loan after a vehicle was totaled as a result of the adverse information which they reported to the bureaus. Which affected me by not being able to replace that vehicle. Credit Acceptance knows they are wrong, There are numerous consumer lawsuits, A class action suit settled recently against them. Truth in lending violations in my contract, as well as predatory lending tactics.
