I do not owe any debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX I dont know this company and have never did any business with this company they have not provided any original contract documentation showing i had any agreement with them, I'm requesting payment history documentation as well from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX If I ever pay them as well, which I have never did any business with this company or accumulated any debt with this company no payment documentation dont exist showing the business I have paid XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which XXXX XXXX XXXX is surpass the 30 Day expiration to provide this documentation. Which they have insisted to tell the credit bureaus this is accuracy, but how this so? when no original contract agreement hasnt been provided showing If I even had an agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX so how is transunion or XXXX insuring this investigation is accurate. Which transunion has neglected accuracy in the pass such as in cases # XXXX XXXX Trans Union, LLC which resort them to be sued by not verifying account correctly and insuring the information is XXXX percent accurate, which in my cases XXXX XXXX XXXX has not provide anything but stating its mine. So how is this accurate? This is a violation and transunion & XXXX hasnt provide me with any accurate information showing me its a XXXX percent accurate that I have a contract or any type of agreement with this company XXXX XXXX XXXX ( this is a fraudulent account ) and Im requesting XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide original contract agreement documentation to the credit bureaus with my written signature showing I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which they havent provide this documentation still!! if this original contract agreement cant be provide with my written signature on the documentation showing I owe XXXX funding a debt or showing I made any payments to XXXX funding by showing payment history documentation to transunion and XXXX I demand for this account to be removed from my credit report. Immediately!!! Transunion XXXX XXXX has clearly allowed several violation permitted by XXXX XXXX XXXX This account his been reported several times as a fraudulent account and his been request immediately to be remove from my public records under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 ( A ) states I have the right to privacy, remove immediately from my pubic record Transunion is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( not later than 4 business days of this notice ) to block those un identified account XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1692 c section ( b ) Valid police report has been provided on the account. No metro 2 compliance data is no report with this account, which I have documentation and valid proof that this account has no metro 2 compliance report data associated me with them
