To whom it may concern, This is in response to XXXX XXXX XXXX in Re : XXXXXXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX As I stated back in XXXX of 2023, XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX and the Lawyers for XXXX apartment complex dismissed the case against me without prejudice and vacated the hearing set for XXXX XXXX the Lawyer called me and said I didn't have to appear as well as the courthouse clerk. Explain to me how the collection agency, who I didn't had a signed contract with while residing at XXXX apartment complex Still harassing me and my family, calling my immediate family members harassing them. Using profanity and trying to extort money from me which is a violation. I never signed anything with XXXX XXXX XXXX That being said, XXXX written it off as a tax write off and got paid and XXXX XXXX XXXX bought the debt for little of nothing and they trying to get paid as well. I clearly provided documents and still getting ignored by Experian. I provided proof. If this account is not removed immediately, my final step is to sue for defamation of character and emotional distress. 15 USC 1681 A4 : There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy.
