XXXX XXXX transferred my mortgage to Roundpoint in XXXX, 2023. This company keep harassing me and theatening to charge more money from day one. Basically, if you call them, they will tell you different story every time. If you email them ( XXXX ) they will tell you that they need very long time ( over 2 months ) to " investigate '' the issue. This company, RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, is currently willfully and deliberately misrepresenting facts, sending out fraudulent letters, misleading and harassing customers with their well-designed fraudulent business strategies. They sent me an email on XX/XX/XXXX, asking for HOA master insurance. I uploaded the document on the same day. A week later, I called a representative and she confirmed the document was ready. I received another email from this company on XX/XX/XXXX. I called a representative again, and the guy told me that he just submitted my document " for initial review '' and it will take " 3-5 business day '', it has been sitting in the system for a month and they were telling me they just " submitted '' the document to the company for review, what a joke. For the record I uploaded the insurance document again on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. I also emailed XXXX with insurance dcument attached on the same day. My property is located in the center of XXXX XXXX and this HOA has over 50 years history, the properties are properly insured. My HOA manager stated that for the past 15 years, he had never aware of any other mortgage servicer having such issues with insurance policies. My experience is not uncommon, another customers reported on yelp that he already uploaded insurance papers for at least 7 times. Some customers reported that they set up auto-pay and this company will charge addtional " late fee '' and they will claim they don't receive the monthly payment. It appears that Roundpoint Mortgage will add unlawful charges to your existing mortgage, and purchase new insurance without your consent no matter what you dom so that they will make profit from it. We all understand that Roundpoint Mortage are based from an undeveloped state or place. Maybe this business is about runnning out of money or something, because they look so desperate, but it does not give you the right to keep practicing your fraudulent and unlawful business strategies over and over again.
