A year later ... Transunion will not let me request my credit report via the annual reporting website. In addition, their free online consumer tools continue to lock me out or give me " this request can not be completed online '' when I attempt to access anything. The previous excuse was that I had a dispute " pending '' it's been a year. When I have paid for credit monitoring through them somehow it's no longer a problem. Of the 3 major reporting agencies, Transunion is the least accurate. Their responsiveness to reporting requests, disputes, on the phone, web, etc. is by far the worst. I don't appreciate my private credit information being serviced overseas. I know I'm the " Product '' here and not the consumer. That said I have rights, TransUnion needs to be investigated and audited for their business practices.
