I never entered into a contract with Global Lending Services. they bought my debt for there monetary gain but has since harmed my reputation as a consumer / natural being. my rights and defamation of my character has been violated due to there inaccuracies. I disputed the account XX/XX/XXXX and the account was removed on XX/XX/XXXX which has been falsely reporting on my consumer report since XXXX. Global lending services behest a towing company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX, XXXX XXXX to steal my property from my place of abode. Let me remind you I never entered a contract with neither organizations so there was no reason neither organizations to know where to send any false and deceptive forms yet to steal my property which was for personal, household, and family use. I have since been without a vehicle and this violation of my consumer rights has since caused myself and family emotional distress from Depression of me losing my vehicle, loss of work due to not having a reliable means of transportation, XXXX XXXX, embarrassment, and XXXX.
