EQUIFAX IS CURRENTLY REPORTING A BANKRUPTCY ON MY CREDIT FILE THAT IS NOT REPORTING CORRECTLY, I HAVE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED XXXX XXXX XXXX WITH EQUIFAX AND XXXX AND IN RESPONSE THEY BOTH VERIFIED THE ITEM AS ACCURATE. STATING THAT THEY HAVE VERIFIED WITH THE COURTS. I CONTACTED THE COURT AND THERE RESPONSE WAS BY LAW THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED THE VERIFY ANY PUBLIC RECORDS WITH 3RD PARTY VENDORS SUCH AS XXXX OR EQUIFAX.
