MRS BPO , LLC debt collections violated my rights under FDCPA. The debt collector illegally park a unvalidated debt on my consumer report to all 3 CRA 's XXXX XXXX, and XXXX without contacting me over a allege debt not owed by me. They are continuing collection attempts on a un-validated debt after being told to stop, and they are continuing communications after being instructed to cease and desist. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX AMOUNT {$190.00} My consumer rights were violated on XX/XX/2023 where MRS BPO illegally parked a allege debt on my consumer reports that made, 1. False representations, or representations that lack substance 2. MRS BPO did violate my rights by not providing validation notices to me the consumer giving me the information I needed to dispute allege debt. 3. MRS BPO knowingly provided information to credit reporting agencies that they knew, or had reason to believe, was not accurate in violation of 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ), and violated the FCRA 15 USC 1681b ( A ) ( 2 ) by accessing by consumer credit file without written consent or authorization by means of aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A. Therefore this debt was never validated so on XX/XX/2023 MRS BPO , LLC received a letter dated XX/XX/2023 Certified mail number XXXX to stop collections attempts on this unvalidated debt. This debt collector was notified to the fact that because of their violations that I refuse to pay this allege debt and also to cease and desist all communications pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ). As of the date of this complaint MRS BPO , LLC continues to violate the FDCPA by willfully continuing with the infractions mention above.
