I have an account open with a creditor for a store card. I have previously asked to refrain from calling me on XXXX as I go to church and they have repeatedly called me on Sunday with a total of 3 times in about 4 hours. Since Friday they have called 7 times and have not yielded the phone calls. According to the information on the CFPB site they are in current violation of harassment. I have asked them to stop calling that I have payment arrangements set up but they continue to call.
