I XXXX XXXX XXXX, am filing this CFPB complaint concerning a dispute of re-investiga tion. Into inaccuracy being reported on my consumer credit reports. With ExperianXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Information Services. In my dispute I also had my disputes notorized as verification of the date they were filed In the filing of my disputes my federal rights were violated by the furnishers. Whom, were reporting of the inaccurate infromation.My rights were violated by : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent my disputes requesting an reinvestigation into the negatively inaccurate informati on that was being reported. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). you are required by federal law to conduct a reasoable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file before the end of the 30 day period beginning on the date you received this notice. I demand to see verifiable Proof ( This should be-hard evidence that goes all the way back to the original creditor, not verification from a third database. ) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the negative account. I had my disputes notirized to verify that I had submitted my disputes.And not only to show when the dispute letters were notorized as witness of the disputes. After, the filing of the disputes, I never received any notices of investigation results at all. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend to pursuing litigation in this matterto enforce my rights inder FCRA. In the filing of this CFPB, complaint XXXX demand first of all that the federal staues be followed. By all three credit bureaus, and furnishers. As, I know that credit bureaus do not conduact any reinvestigations. Thats why have not received any reivestigation information on any of my disputes. Thus has violated my federal rights over and over again, so I want the negative accounts deleted from my consumer reports with Experian, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( See attached copy of disputes submitted to the three mayor credit bureaus ) which will prevail all of my rights violated unDER : 15 USC 1681 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) 15 usc 1681S-2 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 7 ) 15 USC 1681 Section 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) I demand immediately deletion of account information or face Civil Liability.
