I received a copy of my credit report from Equifax on yesterday and it shows multiple inaccuracies, including the incorrect spelling of my name along with several inaccurate accounts. I have requested multiple reinvestigations and/ or the removal of the inaccurate information. To date, nothing has been sent to verify proof of the investigation and no inaccuracies have been deleted as per 15 U.S. Code 1679c. Now, per 15 U.S.C. 1681, I am requesting the following inaccurate accounts be DELETED Immediately. Delete ALL accounts attached to this wrong name that inaccurate, fraudulent, and is not identified as me.
