Westlake portfolio management has taken over my lease with American car center in XXXX of this year, Im finished paying my car off XX/XX/XXXX. They said I owe thousands of dollars but wont send me proof of the debt they say I owe and claim they wont finance the balance because they are not licensed in the state of Alabama so are threatening to take my vehicle. Several times I have tried to contact them to work something out but Im constantly getting hung up on or transferred to different departments that cant help me.
