I took our a check n go loan for XXXX almost 8 years ago and forgot to repay .it has fell off my credit report but now a company calling them self XXXX XXXX is threatening to sue and arrest me if I don't pay the amount of XXXX but said I can pay XXXX to clear the debt and when I started acting for more details and to get of list of how it went from XXXX to XXXX they got very rude and threatening to sue me and garnish my wages and possibly jail time. I am on a fixed income and XXXX so I don't have time or money to be scam out of and threaten for money I dont have. All my money goes to bills
