I recently submitted a complaint to TransUnion regarding an account that was not being updated for the month of XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This account was reflecting an inflated balance that was in accurate as the account was paid in full and at a XXXX balance, I submitted the account statement, reflecting the XXXX balance and requested an update to my credit report. I was denied the update and told that the information being reported was accurate. I would like this account to be updated to reflect the accurate XXXX balance as per my account statement. The in accurate reporting of this information has caused financial hardship and possibly the reason why Ive been denied new issuance of credit. I will attach the account statement to this complaint for your review. I have also contacted the company directly, and they stated that as per my statement the information was reported to Trans Union, reflecting a XXXX balance they do not know why TransUnion has delayed updating the information accurately to reflect my account statements XXXX balance.
