I booked a flight through the Capital One travel portal, using my Capital One Venture X Business Card. I booked a " fully refundable '' fare, and I have included the email I got after booking confirming that, as well as the cancellation email confirming that. But when I had to cancel the flight, Capital One did not refund me. Instead, they gave me a travel credit that can only be used through the Capital One travel portal, and I have closed my credit card, so there's no way for me to use that. I know this is not an issue with the XXXX XXXX -- this is an issue with Capital One, because I have booked a fully refundable ticket directly with XXXX XXXX before, and they do indeed provide a cash refund when you cancel. This is an issue where Capital One is being deceitful.
