Unable to remember date, I have XXXX accounts with Capital One. I mistakenly made a XXXX payment to the incorrect account listed on website. I alerted the company. They informed that a procedural investigation will have to be conducted. That process took almost XXXX weeks. Finally they applied my credit payment to card XXXX, but for some reason XXXX credits were applied to my account XXXX, XXXX. Their system appears to be charging me for the double credit that I did not spend. I have a XXXX credit limit, I was told that the system would not allow me to spend more than my credit limit, so confusing.
