This is the second attempt at this company as you have it wrong by the first decision as I believe you misunderstood what the issue is. Let try this again with more clarity. Me, Myself or I NEVER gave this NON PROFIT ORG 501 ( C ) 3 a SSN, who has and is deceptively trying to collect a debt as a debt collector. So now let me ask you this. How in the actual XXXX can a NOT PROFIT ORG 501 ( C ) 3, DEBT COLLECTOR who got this SSN by whatever OR however means. A NOT FOR PROFIT 501 ( C ) 3 that has a deduction for public charity from organizations. Well guess what, I am the beneficiary of that organization with all my notices, documentation and whatnot describing who I am into the public. Getting threats by an attorney who got this SSN through this NON PROFIT ORG. 501 ( C ) 3 with threats of being jailed if I don't pay to there charitable NON PROFIT ORG. 501 ( C ) 3. I have evidence of everything I'm telling you whereas the first time you state they did nothing wrong. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE NOT to mention crimes are being committed by this NON PROFIT 501 ( C ) 3 ORG and you're telling me they did nothing wrong. How about sending a name behind the next denial statement. This needs to be investigated. I have discovered how this system is suppose to work, MY SIGNATURE CREATED THIS LOAN AND THEY STOLE IT! DO YOUR JOB!!! I OWN THE COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK/TRADENAME OF THIS LEGAL FICTION/CORPORATE ENTITY THAT WAS CREATED UNLAWFULLY. I am the beneficiary of the XXXX XXXX XXXX trust I attempting to get an accounting of and they are refusing to provide ANYTHING. In there debt collection letters they state, " if you file for bankruptcy, you are still required to pay the whatever or I won't get the title to this property ''. You know what they call that? EXTORTION, XXXX JUST TO NAME A COUPLE. 18 U.S. Code 894, 18 U.S. Code Chapter 95. THIS IS CORRUPTION. I never signed any contract with these people as this debt was SOLD to these crooks and I have proof. They claim to be the original lender, then claim they are not the original lender from another party of this NON PROFIT ORG. 501 ( C ) 3.
