I took out an emergeny loan for {$600.00}. I have paid back more than the original {$600.00}, however I still owe {$750.00}. I attempted to try to settle the amount of remaining interest and was told because I am in good standing it is not an option. I have had XXXX unexpected surgeries this year and was on XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX months. Im not sure how it is legal to charge this amount of interest and the company is not willing to assist. I was also told if I cancel my ACH payment my balance is due in full. An account can not be charged off prior to 180 days. I also requested a cease and desist on phone calls and was told they will still attempt to call me.
