I have a lease to own account showing on my credit report. There's only a record of an XXXX payment, when in fact I made all my payments for XXXX and XXXX as well. The way the plan works is if you pay off the balance within 90 days, you're no longer charged for the item and own it outright. I've done this. My credit report still doesn't show that the account is now paid off and the line is closed. It also still doesn't show the accurate payment history made by me. I've tried to flag this for both the credit bureaus and for the company, but to no avail.
