In sight of that my last complaint was over looked Im going to separate each account so they can get resolved accordingly. I am in need of help because I am being harassed by a debt collector who is sending letters of intent to sue. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The ACCOUNT below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. I have told the Experian, XXXX, and XXXX multiple times to reinvestigate ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. However they stated, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX response Company responded on XX/XX/2023 A summary of the results are listed below : Trade : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VERIFIED THAT THIS ITEM BELONGS TO YOU. THE FOLLOWING FIELDS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED : CREDIT LIMIT, ACTUAL PAYMENT, SCHEDULED PAYMENT, DATE OF MAJOR 1ST DELIQUENCY REPORTED, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Trade : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VERIFIED THAT THIS ITEM BELONGS TO YOU. THE FOLLOWING FIELDS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED : ACTUAL PAYMENT, SCHEDULED PAYMENT, DATE OF MAJOR 1ST DELIQUENCY REPORTED NON REPORTING DISPUTES and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Response Company responded on XX/XX/2023 In response to your request, the following actions were taken on your credit file : You disputed the following accounts and/or public records on your credit file. But how is that possible if Last Verified is inaccurate yet updated twice, Date of Last Activity is inaccurate yet updated twice, Date Reported is inaccurate yet updated twice, Date Opened yet updated twice, Dispute Status is inaccurate yet updated twice, Payment Status is inaccurate yet updated twice, Last Payment is inaccurate yet updated twice. According to 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) they are suppose to modify accounts that isn't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
