Purchased {$150.00} vanilla prepaid card on XX/XX/2023 from XXXX. Upon opening the card find out that card is faulty as CVV number is not printed on the card and because of that unable to use card anywhere. Called customer service and they created the case ( case number - XXXX ). Emailed all the required documents ( i.e. proof of purchase, card front and back photo ) on XX/XX/2023. They advised to wait for XXXX business days. Even after XXXX business days nothing happened. Called customer service so many times and every time they provide the same response that they have escalated the case and wait for another XXXX hours but no resolution yet. Neither i have received replacement card nor any update on the case. I have to beg for my own money.
