on XX/XX/XXXX someone used my name XXXX XXXX XXXX and possible my SSN ending in XXXX to apply for a XXXX XXXX credit card. Upon learning of this inquiry I immediately called XXXX XXXX and they stopped the application process and mark it fraudulent. I then spoke to Transunion but they requested several documents in writing, among them an FTC report which I have no idea how to obtain.
