XX/XX/XXXX was when I made the first payment, that is, the financing. I did it with my cousin 's wife 's card because mine had been lost and had not yet arrived ( it was with my cousin 's knowledge ). Then, the weekly payments were made correctly, being these : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, until reaching the month of XX/XX/XXXX. The payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, were invalid. On the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, the payments were made from my cousin 's wife 's account without me having any knowledge of it. I realized, when I didn't see the payments registered in my account. I immediately called and found out that they were using the wrong account. They were supposed to give it back but never did. On XX/XX/XXXX, my account was fully paid off. It happens that my cousin 's wife called her bank 5 days later to get her money back, without letting me know because we had agreed that I would make those payments, but Acima didn't let me know either.. I called realizing that my account was still open with an exaggerated sum approximately around {$1300.00} plus dollars. The only thing they told me was that I had to pay it because the XXXX-month term had already expired. My last call with them was this Wednesday the XXXX of XXXX, around XXXX. in the morning, which was the same answer. They have not wanted to make a fair payment agreement with me.
