On XX/XX/XXXX we submitted an application for the HAF. On XX/XX/XXXX HAF reached out to our mortgage servicer requesting the balance needed for HAF to submit a payment for us. SLS has confirmed receipt of that request. On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and today XX/XX/XXXX we have reached out to SLS asking for the information to be sent. SLS claims they have 1 person in that department and " it takes time ''. As of today, the request for proof of the payments owed has been waiting for over 90 days. On XX/XX/XXXX a supervisor said it would be sent in 2 days. As of today there is no update from SLS.
