On XX/XX/XXXX I sent email to : Dear XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX, I haven't heard back from you since XX/XX/XXXX, but I'm including you in this email with a reasonable accommodation letter. Please see the reasonable accommodation letter with power of attorney attached. Additionally, since speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX he informed me that my mortgage payment using HOT-PHA for XXXX XXXX , AR would be {$800.00}, but recently on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX indicated your calculations are incorrect -- - the corrected amount would be {$650.00}. I spoke briefly with my real estate agent, XXXX XXXX and this time we are uncertain on how to proceed with this as well as using the XXXX of XXXX XXXX 's XXXX. I hope to hear back from you promptly. Thanks, XXXX XXXX I proceeded with purchase with the direction of XXXX XXXX, but later my inspection was denied. This was a following response : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : I have the below email regarding comments from XXXX and XXXX. I must say that I'm totally flabbergasted and offended that these two NACA staff members in which I've never encountered would make such egregious statements and even much more so I consider them ( statements ) to be discriminatory. NACA is suppose to be a non-profit housing and advocacy agency promoting affordable homeownership, but instead since my membership since XXXX I've encountered miscommunication, pushback, and lack of advocacy after have paid annual membership fees of {$25.00}, numerous credit reports up to {$16.00} each, and latest expense a {$330.00} inspection fee on a home in which you say now due to my XXXX by not being present for an inspection just so that the inspector can take a photo of me in front of the home ( according to your guideline ) " IDENTIFIES '' that I'm incapable of managing a home on my own just because exercise a reasonable accommodation to have a POA act in place. You earlier stated that I also did not provide documentation for a POA or requested that a reasonable accommodation be granted, but that is untrue and the NACA XXXX Manager, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was copied in the email with those documents. I will be attaching that email thread along with the POA/Reasonable Accommodation for your viewing dated XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, your negative actions have had me in credit access for almost a week in which is also preventing NACA with allowing me to submit my mortgage application to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX for a home I've been in contract since XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX Additionally, although you have rules and regulations, I don't know of any law that restricts me from exercising having a POA to assist me in Arkansas ( as I am in XXXX XXXX, TX ) with my home purchase as I am taking care of the finances. Lastly, it was on a seperate thread from XXXX that I had been previously qualified using a homeownership voucher from Texas, but for some reason in his reviewing of my file he has failed to realized that I was issued a homeownership voucher from XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AR in which I was qualified to use in the current contract I am in. image.png I pray that all issues are resolved as soon as possible as I thought they had already been via communication with XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX in order for NACA to violate Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) and Fair Housing Act. If a POA is needed to facilitate home ownership responsibilities, it identifies their inability in managing a home on their own.
