Reference Case number : XXXX Account number ending XXXX Closed Charged off. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2022 from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This letter was pertaining to fees that were charged per the letter " when a restraint was present on the account. Per the letter, " the restraint may have prevented deposits to and/withdrawals from the account ''. Per the letter, " As a result we ( XXXX XXXX ) are enclosing a check for {$730.00}. The letter had a contact number that I called in between XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX at XXXX ( XXXX ), she directed me to call XXXX XXXX at XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX customer service agent ), he offered me an additional {$500.00} for the inconvenience, but I declined. XXXX XXXX incorrectly reported that the closed checking account ending in XXXX with a balance owed, thus, damaging my XXXX XXXX. I believe that I am entitled to relief, for each XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), minimum of { {$1000.00} } per violation and because their action caused adverse action as it pertains to employment and my way of life, I ampunitive damages due to gross negligence. I have spoken to a number of Executive Office Case Specialists. This is also Breach of their privacy policy as the incorrect information was reported to EWS ( Early Warning Services ) consumer reporting agency and caused adverse effects. I would also like to file a complaint to EWS ( Early Warning Services ) for reporting incorrect information within my public profile. I have attached both adverse effect letters from the creditor. I ask that the CFPB levy a substantial fine against XXXX XXXX and satisfy the open invoice as it relates to my research of this claim.Both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX along with EWS ( Early Warning Services ) have violated my rights- In accordance with the fair credit Reporting act XXXX Account XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. 15USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
