On XX/XX/2023 I submitted an investigation results to all 3 credit bureaus regarding late payments reporting on my both my XXXX XXXX account and XXXX XXXX. These late payments are reporting in error and creating financial hardship. I never heard from the credit bureaus. I resubmitted my complaint again on XX/XX/XXXX by mail after calling them only to find out nothing had been done. I called them again on XX/XX/2023. The credit bureaus have no interest in assisting consumers and refuse to investigate. If you get someone on the phone within a half hour you are lucky and those that take the calls simply tell you to resubmit as there is no change. I attempted to get a supervisor or manager on the phone and was left on hold and then disconnected. The above happened with all 3 of the credit bureaus. The bottom line is that I was not late paying my accounts and want both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX corrected immediately. Thank you
