XXXX XXXX XXXX has been stealing money from me and my mother for at least the past XXXX years. He has filed my 2019 tax return, received fraudulent unemployment insurance funds in DC and Maryland under our names. Mostly he uses my XXXX account, which he made into a merchant account, to place charges against our accounts and receive funds which he then transfers into his own account. I have already filed complaints with the Federal Reserve Board and the IRS. I have also filed complaints with my local police departments in DC and Maryland, DC report number XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX report number XXXX. The target is XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. My mother 's phone number is XXXX. My email which I just had to create is XXXX. It used to be XXXX. I am a XXXX in MD and DC. He has infiltrated my attorney filing system accounts ( Maryland E-filing ). This man used to be a family friend and has known me since before I was born so he knows all of our personal information. He has stolen at least {$87000.00} from us. I am in still in the process of marshalling evidence. I have downloaded a lot of data but this man is able to infiltrate into my home computer and either rearrange and/or delete my evidence. I am able to include some however which I am uploading now. I hope to receive a report number so I may supplement this complaint later with additional evidence.
