My husband and I sent a letter with a check for settlement over a week ago via certified mail and when we made contact with them today XX/XX/ they are using deceitful tactics such as that they returned the check back stating that XXXX ( when they are a 3rd party debt collector ) wasnt accepting that amount last week but now they are this week, but wont provide proof of our check being sent back the debt collector is Diversified adjustment services
