I put in my original complaint XX/XX/2023, today is XX/XX/2023 30 days have pasted. Today makes 32 days and no my dispute was not recorded nor did it show the status of my dispute, on their website i didn't even show that i put in a dispute on the date of the XX/XX/XXXX. Both are violations and that broke the law!!
