XXXX Midland Funding LLC, is a third party debt collector, no contract with them I have. The alleged debt, for which under Pub.L. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, operates in bankruptcy as XXXX XXXX, so XXXX XXXX I owe them anything as they have no proof they XXXX have an original wet ink signature, XXXX served notice for suit and were the holder in due course for the Note. XXXX Notes are Promissory Notes, as written on the front of the Floating Rate Note, aka Federal Reserve XXXX, signed by both the United States Treasurer and the United States XXXX of the Treasury. One can only " pay '' a debt under 12 USC 411, Accord and Satisfaction, with real gold or silver coin, same goes with promissory notes, only dollars can be used to settle a debt, every other debt is XXXX, and pre-paid by 31 U.S. Code 3123 - Payment of obligations and interest on the public debt I was never served notice for any debt, nor sued.
