I do not understand why and how the Credit Reporting Agencies are even able to continue reporting the fraudulent accounts and information on my Credit File. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a dispute letter to the Credit reporting Agencies requesting that they investigate and remove the accounts and information from my Credit File that resulted due to fraudulent activities. However, I happen to check my updated Credit Report and was shocked to see that despite my efforts, the disputed items are still being reported. I demand the Credit reporting Agencies to send me copies of proof of verification or any documents giving these items the rights to exist on my Credit Report. Under the protection of the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 605b, the Credit Reporting Agencies are required by federal law to remove the accounts and information from my Credit File that resulted due to fraudulent activity and yet the Credit Bureaus still indicated the disputed items on my Credit file without properly verifying the items ' accuracy.
