Back in XX/XX/2023 my aspire card was closed after I filed a complaint for fraudulent charges on my card. The people at the call center were rude consending and arrogant. At first they said I was responsible for the charges and they refused to help me. After complaining several times they removed the charges but also closed the account. I was always in good standing with them and never late on a payment. Their was an issue with language barrier when calling in getting them to listen me. Theirs no reason that their card was closed. They keep sending me correspondence saying that a new card is on the way but nothing has shown up.
