Sunrise Credit has called me repeatedly throughout day. When i did answer i asked for information about this alleged debt to be sent to me in writing. However before anything was sent to me this account is appearing on my credit report and they are tellng me it can not be removed. The only thing i can do is pay it and had it sit on my account. I have been a victim of identity theft before and it has been reported. They were not helpful i was young up on and transferred without event being told. I spoke with a XXXX who said there is nothing that can do even if the debt is not mine i have to pay it and it will look better on my account as a paid collection. This account is not event reporting correctly a collection account reporting a balance in inaccurate reporting. I also spoke with a XXXX and XXXX and being told i have to pay this debt they i did not get any verification for that it belongs to be. This collection account is detroying my credit and i want this removed. If they contiune to refuse i will take legal action due to them demanging my good name. Account number : XXXX
