I never wanted an account with XXXX. 2. I never received any device ( s ) from XXXX. 3. I never utilized service with XXXX. XXXX has NOT produced ANY evidence to contradict my above 3 assertions. Despite their lack of any evidence that I owe them anything, they are now using a 3rd collection agency for this matter and my credit rating has fallen from Excellent to Very Good. Why don't they trace the alleged phone ( s ) and service charges accrued to find the perpetrator and solve their problem?
