Specialized loan services has incorrectly messed up my escrow balance and tax payments for several years. To the point that my house ended up in tax sale because they didn't pay my taxes accurately or on time. This year they have drastically messed up my escrow balance once again. They had my taxes listed as semi annually instead of annually causing me to be XXXX deficient in my escrow trying to charge me double my mortgage payment. I caught on to this and after several phone calls they sent a new statement still showing I was incorrectly short XXXX. I tried to call several times and was on long hold times in excess of 2 plus hours waiting to speak to someone helpful. I resulted in sending communication through the email exchange since I was on hold so long. I still cant make a payment on my mortgage on XXXX sine my payment is completely inaccurate and my escrow balance is still incorrect.
